While I'm not on Weight Watchers, I do love a lot of WW recipes, simply because of the calorie count and sometimes, they are especially delicious!
This recipe is worth about 3 points per serving size, and makes about 6 servings. It's about 150 calories per serving. I love it, and so does my sweet tooth.
Ingredients
12 ounces low-fat ice cream (softened) (or low fat frozen yogurt)
1 cup Cool Whip Lite
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 ounce sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
3 ounces grape nut cereal
Directions
Mix together ice cream, Cool Whip, peanut butter and pudding.
Fold in Grape Nuts.
Spread in 8x8 inch pan and freeze.
