Fitness journey

So I'm finally getting my act together, hopefully and getting on this fitness journey. Yesterday, I began the Couch to 5K program and I'm happy to say that I successfully made it through the first workout. It didn't even own me that badly.

It's a major accomplishment for me, because I've honestly never been able to run a day in my life. So hey, I ran... even if it was only 8-60 second intervals, it was something.

Now the next step on my mind-- printing out a huge picture of inspiration to hang on the wall right in front of the treadmill. I totally need something visual to motivate me more.

What do you find to be your most motivating aspect to reach your goals, whatever they may be? What's your favorite exercise?

That's awesome! Have you checked out shrinkingjeans.net? You may find some good inspiration on there.

Good luck! My skinny jeans provide a lot of inspiration. Pilates are my favorite way to workout by far!
